Lyra Cao
My name is Lyra Cao and I work primarily on starspots, young stars, and rapid rotators in the intersection of theory and observation. I develop stellar models and work with observations to understand the effects that magnetism can have on stellar physics. I have been developing a large catalog of spectroscopic starspot measurements (LEOPARD), which can be directly interpreted with the SPOTS isochrones. I have also been playing with making stellar evolution more accessible. You may read about these topics in my research, under my CV, or find me elsewhere on the web.
